Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, warm, and deeply human. I don’t believe people are “broken” or reducible to diagnoses—I believe our struggles often make sense within the context of our relationships, histories, identities, and the worlds we’ve had to survive.

My work is strongly influenced by Narrative Therapy, which means we’ll spend time exploring the stories you’ve inherited about yourself, where they came from, and whether they still serve you. Together, we’ll make space for your pain, resilience, contradictions, values, hopes, and preferred ways of being.

I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels warm, nonjudgmental, curious, and real. You do not need to perform wellness, have the “right” words, or arrive with everything figured out. Whether you are navigating trauma, identity exploration, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, family wounds, burnout, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, therapy can become a place to reconnect with your voice, your relationships, and your sense of possibility.

I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients, creatives, and people who have often felt misunderstood, pathologized, or emotionally alone.
